This patient is an acquaintance of patient number 3, who was confirmed positive on the 26th of last month, and tested positive during a test conducted while under self-quarantine. She has been isolated at Myongji Hospital.
As a result, the total number of confirmed novel coronavirus patients in South Korea has risen to 28, of whom 4 have recovered and been discharged.
