[Asia Economy Reporter Jiwan Park] Im Michelle is drawing attention by showcasing her presence on 'Is It Good?', while her daily photos are also attracting netizens' interest.


Recently, Im Michelle posted a certification shot holding a birthday cake on her SNS.


In the revealed photo, Im Michelle is smiling brightly while holding a cake depicting herself singing.


Meanwhile, Im Michelle appeared on tvN's 'Is It Good?' broadcast on the 1st, demonstrating her outstanding vocal skills.


She previously gained recognition by appearing on 'K-Pop Star', but mentioned that she fell into lethargy as her album production kept being canceled.


On that day, Im Michelle delivered a unique stage performance by singing Im Sang-ah's 'Musical' together with her X-younger sibling, with whom she has maintained an 11-year-long friendship.


Im Michelle, aged 30 this year, is of mixed heritage, born to an American father and a Korean mother.


She has mentioned that due to racial discrimination in her childhood, she spent her school years as a recluse without graduating from elementary school.


In a past interview, Im Michelle revealed her childhood pain, saying, "For eight years, except for holidays, I did not go outside the house."


Additionally, on that day’s 'Is It Good?', various participants appeared, including 'Sand Pebbles', Seoul National University's first rock band club, 'Trebongbong', which presented a stage combining African and Korean music, and 'Big Mamamoo', composed of female alumni, offering diverse performances.
