Hyundai Engineering 'Hillstate Eco Deogeun', Goyang Deogeun District Sale Announcement

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Hyundai Engineering is currently selling officetels called 'Hillstate Eco Deok-eun' in the Deok-eun district of Goyang City, Gyeonggi Province.

Hillstate Eco Deok-eun, located in business area blocks 2 and 3 of Goyang Deok-eun district, is a complex consisting of 735 officetel units, offices, and retail facilities. It is being constructed with 6 basement floors and up to 17 floors above ground. The officetels are designed with a contract area of 48㎡ and come in single-floor and loft types.

Although Deok-eun district is administratively part of Goyang City, it is adjacent to the northern end of Gayang Bridge and faces Seoul's Sangam district across Gayang-daero, effectively making it part of the Seoul living area. Crossing Gayang Bridge leads directly to Magok district, where LG Science Park and Kolon Life Science are located.

There are many favorable development prospects nearby. The former National Defense University site, covering 303,000㎡ near the area, is being developed as an urban development project by the Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO). Industry experts expect that once the surrounding developments are completed, a large-scale business and residential belt will be formed in the western Seoul area.

To ensure a sense of openness, the officetels have different ceiling heights depending on the type, and each floor is equipped with four shared balconies connected to the corridors. The single-floor officetel has a ceiling height of 2.4m, with a tray ceiling reaching 2.5m. The loft type has a ceiling height of 3.6m, with a tray ceiling up to 3.8m. Free amenities include an electric oven, built-in refrigerator, built-in washing machine, electric cooktop, kitchen hood, and separate bidet.

The model house is located at 634-1 Wonheung-dong, Goyang. Move-in is scheduled for February 2023.
