Magnitude 3.2 Earthquake Occurs in Sangju, Gyeongbuk

[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] An earthquake measuring 3.2 in magnitude occurred in the Gyeongbuk region.

The Korea Meteorological Administration announced that at 0:52:52 on the 30th, an earthquake measuring 3.2 occurred 20 km north of Sangju-si, Gyeongbuk.

The epicenter was located at 36.59 degrees north latitude and 128.12 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 21 km.

A KMA official explained, "Areas near the earthquake's occurrence may feel the seismic tremors."
