On the 29th, the Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "On this day (the 30th), the sky will be mostly cloudy nationwide, and Gangwon Yeongdong, the northern East Coast of Gyeongbuk, and Jeju Island will be cloudy with rain or snow."

Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 20 mm in Jeju Island, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo.

Snow accumulation is expected to be 3 to 10 cm in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island where snow falls, and 1 to 5 cm in Ulleungdo and Dokdo. Until the 31st, 3 to 10 cm is expected in the mountainous areas of Gangwon, and 1 to 5 cm in the northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk and the Gangwon East Coast.

Morning low temperatures by region on this day are expected to be △ Seoul 1°C △ Incheon 1°C △ Chuncheon -2°C △ Gangneung 3°C △ Daejeon -1°C △ Daegu 1°C △ Busan 4°C △ Jeonju 0°C △ Gwangju 2°C △ Jeju 7°C.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions. Chungnam, Gwangju, and Jeonbuk are expected to reach 'Bad' levels in the afternoon.
