GS Engineering & Construction announced on the 29th that it plans to launch sales of "Cheongna Hills Xi" in February in the area of 2478, Namsan 4-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu. This complex is an apartment built through reconstruction of Daegu Namsan 4-5 district. It consists of 13 buildings from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 947 households, with 656 households of exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 101㎡ available for general sale excluding union members. By exclusive area, there are ▲109 units of 59㎡ ▲114 units of 75㎡ ▲204 units of 84㎡A ▲19 units of 84㎡B ▲186 units of 84㎡C ▲24 units of 101㎡, with more than 96% of the general sale units being small to medium-sized.
Cheongna Hills Xi is located within a 5-minute walk from Cheongna Hill Station, a transfer station for Daegu Subway Lines 2 and 3, and is close to Dalgubeol-daero, Daegu’s main arterial road, making it convenient to use bus routes connecting throughout Daegu. Access to the complex via Namsan-ro and other roads is also easy.
Nearby schools include Namsan Elementary School, Gyesung Elementary, Gyesung Middle, Gyeonggu Middle, Seongmyeong Girls’ Middle, and Gyeongbuk Girls’ High School. The area is notable for having many universities nearby such as Keimyung University (Daemyeong Campus), Daegu University (Daemyeong-dong Campus), and Daegu National University of Education. Large shopping facilities like Homeplus, Hyundai Department Store, Dong-A Department Store, and Seomun Market are adjacent, and major hospitals including Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital, Yeungnam University Hospital, and Daegu Catholic University Hospital provide abundant living infrastructure.
Jung-gu, Daegu, where Cheongna Hills Xi is located, is a non-regulated area, allowing first-priority subscription even if the applicant is not the head of the household as long as the deposit conditions are met, and subscriptions are possible even if the applicant owns a house. Loan regulations are not strict, and the resale restriction period is relatively short at six months.
The adjacent Namsan 4-4 district’s "Namsan Xi Haneulchae," supplied this time, recorded an average competition rate of 84.34 to 1 with 46,469 applicants for 551 units (excluding special supply) in the first-priority subscription early last year. Xi apartments are also planned for redevelopment areas such as Daemyeong 3-dong and Wondae-dong 3-ga, forming a "Xi Brand Town" in this area.
GS Engineering & Construction plans to develop this area as the central complex of the Xi Brand Town. The community facility, Xi On Center, will include a fitness center, GX room, golf practice range, screen golf, sauna, meeting rooms, and banquet halls.

The model house will be set up near Duryu Station of Daegu Subway Line 2 in Duryu-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, and move-in is scheduled for December 2022.
