KB Kookmin Card Launches Auto-Payment Specialized 'KB Kookmin Easy Link Titanium Card'

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] KB Kookmin Card launched the 'KB Kookmin Easy Link Titanium Card,' a specialized product for automatic payment of living expenses, on the 29th.


This card offers cashback and various discount benefits when automatically paying major fixed monthly living expenses such as communication fees and apartment management fees.


If the previous month's spending is over 500,000 KRW and automatic payments are made for ▲communication fees ▲apartment management fees ▲city gas ▲elementary to high school tuition ▲four major social insurance premiums ▲electricity bills, cashback of up to 10,000 KRW per month is provided depending on the number of payments. If there are two or more automatic payments, 5,000 KRW per month is cashback, and if there are four or more, 10,000 KRW per month is cashback.


Additionally, for communication fees (SKT, KT, LG U+, KB Live M), if the previous month's spending is over 1,000,000 KRW and automatic payments of 30,000 KRW or more per transaction are made, an additional discount of 5,000 KRW once a month is available.


Furthermore, when selecting a service pack according to lifestyle, discounts of up to 30,000 KRW per month can be received. This card allows customers to choose one of three service packs?'Family Pack,' 'Business Pack,' or 'Office Worker Pack'?which contain benefits related to popular industries according to lifestyle, and receive a 5% discount.


The Family Pack includes ▲large supermarkets (E-mart, Lotte Mart, Homeplus) ▲department stores (Hyundai, Lotte, Shinsegae) ▲beauty salons ▲pharmacies and clinics ▲laundries ▲hotels and accommodations ▲airlines ▲duty-free shops ▲Olive Young,


The Business Pack includes ▲gas stations (SK Gas Station, GS Caltex, Hyundai Oilbank, S-Oil) ▲online shopping malls (Gmarket, Auction, 11st) ▲social commerce (Coupang, Wemakeprice, TMON) ▲stationery and office equipment ▲post office (postal fees) ▲hotels and accommodations ▲airlines ▲duty-free shops ▲E-mart Traders,


The Office Worker Pack includes ▲public transportation (bus, subway) ▲convenience stores (CU, GS25) ▲gas stations (SK Gas Station, GS Caltex, S-Oil, Hyundai Oilbank) ▲coffee ▲sports ▲hotels and accommodations ▲airlines ▲duty-free shops, each offering discount benefits.


Discounts per service pack are applied based on the previous month's spending: ▲up to 5,000 KRW per month for 500,000 KRW or more ▲up to 10,000 KRW per month for 1,000,000 KRW or more ▲up to 15,000 KRW per month for 1,500,000 KRW or more.


Especially, if there are two or more automatic payments, the discount limit doubles, providing ▲up to 10,000 KRW per month for 500,000 KRW or more ▲up to 20,000 KRW per month for 1,000,000 KRW or more ▲up to 30,000 KRW per month for 1,500,000 KRW or more in discounts. Service packs can be freely changed on a monthly basis via the website, mobile app, or customer center.


Additional discounts are also available for regular payment services such as movie theaters, music sites, and home appliance rentals. If the previous month's spending is over 500,000 KRW and payments of 10,000 KRW or more per transaction are made, discounts include ▲3,000 KRW once a month at movie theaters (CGV, Lotte Cinema, Megabox) ▲1,000 KRW once a month for music sites (Melon, Genie) and home appliance rentals (Chungho Nice, Woongjin Coway).


Also, if the previous month's spending is over 300,000 KRW, free use of ▲Incheon Airport lounge service (twice a year) ▲valet parking services at Incheon Airport and major domestic hotels (three times a month, twelve times a year respectively) is available.


The annual fee for this card is ▲30,000 KRW for domestic use only ▲31,000 KRW for K World usable at domestic and overseas UnionPay merchants ▲32,000 KRW for domestic and international use (Mastercard).
