[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] Samsung Electronics will launch the world's first tablet equipped with 5G mobile communication, the 'Galaxy Tab S6 5G,' in South Korea on the 30th.

According to Samsung Electronics on the 29th, the Galaxy Tab S6 5G features 5G mobile communication, a 10.5-inch large Super AMOLED display with thin bezels, and quad speakers equipped with AKG audio technology and Dolby Atmos. This allows users to enjoy various multimedia content more vividly, such as large-capacity streaming games, real-time 4K broadcast streaming, and augmented reality (AR) content.

The design applies a matte metal material and Mountain Gray color. It is thin at 5.7mm and weighs 420g, enhancing portability. The smart S Pen also improves work efficiency. The S Pen can be attached to the back of the tablet for charging and carrying, and it recognizes motions, allowing free control even from a distance.

The Galaxy Tab S6 5G will be released in a 128GB model and can be purchased at the three major mobile carriers' stores. The price is 999,900 KRW. Samsung Electronics offers benefits for customers who purchase the Galaxy Tab S6 5G by March 31, including discounted prices on a Samsung 32-inch curved monitor, Galaxy Buds, a set of Whitestone Walnut Glass, LAMY Safari S Pen, and Samsung wireless charging battery pack.
