Samco Decides to Acquire TH Precision for 8.2 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Kum Boryeong] Samco announced on the 29th that it will acquire 144,000 shares of TH Jeongmil to diversify its business. After the acquisition, the shareholding ratio will be 100%.

The acquisition amount is 8.2 billion KRW, which corresponds to 11.63% of total assets and 19.95% of equity capital as of 2018.

Samco stated, "We plan to acquire the shares with 6 billion KRW from convertible bonds issuance and 2.2 billion KRW in cash."
