'Trot Prodigies' Hong Jam-eon X Lim Do-hyeong "There Will Be Another Opportunity"

[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] Trot prodigies Hong Jam-eon and Lim Do-hyeong shared the behind-the-scenes story of their disappointing elimination.

On the 28th, TV Chosun's variety show 'Taste of Wife' featured Hong Jam-eon and Lim Do-hyeong, who gained attention on 'Mr. Trot.'

In the episode, Hong Jam-eon and Lim Do-hyeong visited a coin karaoke and passionately sang trot songs. While showcasing their unique talents in the trot trance, the two recalled the moment they were eliminated from 'Mr. Trot.' Previously, they were eliminated after failing to receive hearts from Park Myung-soo and Kim Junsu.

Hong Jam-eon expressed his regret, saying, "I wonder why they didn't give us hearts." Lim Do-hyeong comforted him, saying, "There will be another chance." After a brief moment of disappointment, the two looked at the camera and said, "Next time, you have to press (the heart)." Watching the VCR, Park Myung-soo responded, "Of course, I have to press it."

While moving to their next schedule in the car, Hong Jam-eon asked Lim Do-hyeong, "Did anyone recognize us?" Lim Do-hyeong replied, "A few people recognized us." Hong Jam-eon also shared, "At a rest stop, someone looked at me and said, 'Aren't you Hong Jam-eon?'"

Next, the two met trot senior singer Park Sang-chul. Park Sang-chul asked them, "In what way do you think you were eliminated?"

Lim Do-hyeong answered, "There were some technical aspects. The choreography was also difficult." Hong Jam-eon showed maturity by saying, "The masters said we were young and encouraged us to try again next time. I think they said that to comfort us. There might be other reasons."

In response, Park Sang-chul advised, "When you have to eliminate someone among talented people, you consider even the smallest details. That's why you have to practice."
