The morning low temperatures on the 25th are expected to range from -3 to 9 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs from 8 to 12 degrees Celsius, about 6 to 9 degrees warmer than usual, resulting in mild weather.

Meanwhile, fine dust levels will temporarily reach 'bad' in the morning in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and Jeolla regions, but are expected to ease to 'moderate' nationwide in the afternoon.
