[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Seo Yang-ho, Mayor of Jung-gu, Seoul, along with directors, department and neighborhood heads, and officials, visited Baekhak and Jungang Markets on the 22nd to celebrate the Lunar New Year, listen to the voices of merchants, and pledge to work hard on projects to revitalize small business alley markets.
On the 23rd, they visited Inhyeon and Jungbu Markets to encourage merchants and tour traditional markets.
Jung-gu (Mayor Seo Yang-ho) announced that its 2020 district administration goal is to focus on residents' daily lives, branding it as a "life-centered district administration." Accordingly, they are realizing this by directly visiting sites where they can face residents' lives, listening to and collecting vivid public opinions.
Starting with the artist housing in Cheonggu-dong on the 7th, site visits closely related to residents' daily lives are scheduled to continue until the end of this month.
