Jin Joong-kwon: "Prosecutors Filled with Regime's Pet Prosecutors... All Going Crazy Together"

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoon Shin-won] Former Dongyang University professor Jin Joong-kwon criticized the Ministry of Justice's large-scale mid-level prosecutor personnel reshuffle, saying, "The prosecution, which is said to be so powerful, and the organization protected by the Prosecutor General, has been completely dismantled by a shameless document forger working at the Blue House."

On the 23rd, Jin shared a news report on his Facebook stating that the Ministry of Justice described the personnel reshuffle as a "normalization of abnormality," and said, "This is what former President Park Geun-hye used to say. Although the regime has changed, the power has not, and different people have come to the same position and are exploiting it in the same way," adding, "The new people might be even more voracious because they have been starving for a long time."

He continued, "South Korea is the strongest presidential system country in the world," and added, "Every corner of the prosecution will be filled with government-serving prosecutors like Lee Seong-yoon, the head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, acting as the regime's lapdogs."

Jin referred to former Minister of Justice Cho Kuk as "untouchable," saying, "Anyone who disrespectfully mentions him or his family's name receives a sword," and claimed, "This time, I realized for the first time that this friend is the 'highest dignity of the republic.' It's absurd. The inauguration ceremony of the Minister of Justice was actually the investiture ceremony of the pro-Moon dynasty's crown prince."

He further stated, "No matter how badly these people behave, it has become completely impossible to apply the law to these thugs," and criticized, "Under the Moon Jae-in administration, abnormality is regarded as normal. The Moon administration is just doing what the Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye administrations used to do. The same excuses, the same lies, the same retaliation."

Finally, he concluded, "This personnel reshuffle is a firm declaration that now we will stand above the law and a resolute proclamation that we will seriously commit injustice, corruption, and wrongdoing," adding, "These people seem to have collectively lost their minds recently."
