LG Electronics North America President and U.S. Corporation Head Vice President Yoon Tae-bong is receiving the '2020 American Kitchen & Bath Association President's Award' at the awards ceremony held on the 20th (local time) at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas, USA.

From the 21st to the 23rd (local time), LG Electronics participated in the 'Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) 2020' held in Las Vegas, USA, introducing the Signature Kitchen Suite under the theme 'Committed to Cooking.' KBIS is the largest kitchen and bath exhibition in the United States, attracting global customers such as kitchen designers, architects, and interior professionals.
The NKBA, which organizes KBIS, has been awarding this prize annually since 2009 to companies and brands that lead the industry based on outstanding product competitiveness.
The association evaluated that LG Electronics has greatly contributed to nurturing young professionals, designers, and architects in the home appliance and construction industries while growing the Signature Kitchen Suite brand.
Additionally, the association selected the Signature Kitchen Suite showroom 'EDC' located in Napa Valley, USA, for the '2020 Innovation Showroom Award' in the large showroom category.
The company explained that local media continued to praise various Signature Kitchen Suite products, including the under-counter drawer refrigerator and under-counter wine cellar, which were unveiled for the first time at this exhibition.
The leading American interior magazine House Beautiful selected the under-counter drawer refrigerator as the best product at KBIS. This product is a drawer-type refrigerator built into under an island table or countertop, providing differentiated value to kitchen spaces.
The technology and design specialized media Connected Design chose the Signature Kitchen Suite 48-inch Pro Range and column-type wine cellar as the best products. The leading American lifestyle magazine Good Housekeeping selected LG Electronics' AI DD washing machine as the best product.
