Geumcheon-gu, Land Subdivision! 'One-Click' Processing at Once... Agreement Signed Between Geumcheon-gu and Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation on the 22nd
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) will implement the 'Land Division! One-Stop "One-Q" Processing' service starting in January, which resolves everything from survey application to cadastral record organization and registration in a single visit for cadastral complaints.
To launch the full-scale service, the district signed a business agreement with the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation (LX Corporation) on the 22nd.
'Land Division! One-Stop "One-Q" Processing' is a service that allows civil petitioners to complete all procedures in one visit by handling everything from cadastral survey application for land division to registration request due to land movement at once.
Previously, land division required going through the procedures of △ submitting a division survey application to a cadastral surveying company △ performing the division survey by the cadastral surveyor △ inspection survey by the district office △ organizing cadastral records based on the land movement application by the petitioner △ and registration request for land indication change.
Civil petitioners had to visit both the district office and the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation separately for land division, and the processing period took about 13 days, causing inconvenience in land use.
Through this business agreement, the district and the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation simplified the civil petition process by simultaneously receiving the land movement application when the petitioner requests a division survey for land division, and conducting the division survey and performance inspection survey at the same time.
Accordingly, civil petitioners can now complete the entire process, including registration request, with just one visit to the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation when applying for land division. The processing period has also been shortened from an average of 13 days to 6 days, enabling landowners to use their land more quickly.
Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, said, “We have received great responses from residents through improvements in civil petition processing, such as the one-stop service for building register registration requests and the integrated service for opening and closing real estate brokerage offices in the field of real estate civil petition administrative services. We expect that this 'Land Division! One-Stop One-Q Processing' service will also reduce the time and economic burdens on residents by simplifying civil petition procedures and resolving inconveniences.”
