Ha Tae-kyung, the responsible representative of the New Conservative Party, held a press conference at the National Assembly Press Hall in the afternoon and said, "The Liberty Korea Party has responded to our proposal for a two-party consultative body for conservative reconstruction and innovative integration," expressing his welcome.

He stated, "We have advocated that conservatism must be reborn. Merely pretending to reform does not impress the public nor guarantee victory in the general election," emphasizing, "Innovative conservative reconstruction and integration is the true beginning of the grand journey toward winning the general election."

Ha added, "The New Conservative Party and the Liberty Korea Party must achieve a winning integration, a plus integration, a principled integration, and an integration that receives applause, not a losing one," and he set the premise, "Throughout the entire discussion process, the three principles of conservative reconstruction agreed upon by the New Conservative Party and the Liberty Korea Party must be consistently upheld.
