"Near Busan Munhyeon Financial Complex Officetel" Daechang Corporation to Launch 'Manhattan Zoom City' Sales in February

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Daechang Corporation announced on the 20th that it will supply the officetel "Manhattan Zoom City" near the Munhyeon Financial Complex in Busan in February.

Manhattan Zoom City, located at 853-9 Beomcheon-dong, Jin-gu, Busan, will be a building with 1 basement floor and 20 above-ground floors. It will have 396 officetel units with exclusive areas ranging from 22 to 29㎡. There are 5 types of single-floor units totaling 330 rooms and 5 types of duplex units totaling 66 rooms. The 1st and 2nd floors above ground will be designed as commercial facilities.

The Beomcheon-dong area in Jin-gu, Busan, where Manhattan Zoom City is located, is adjacent to the Munhyeon Financial Complex. The Busan International Finance Center (BIFC), a representative office commercial district, is nearby, and within a 1 km radius, there is Busan's largest concentration of over 220 academies.

Subway Line 1 Beomnaegol Station and Line 2 International Finance Center·Busan Bank Station are nearby and accessible on foot. Convenient living facilities such as Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch, NC Department Store, and E-Mart Traders are also located near Seomyeon, close to the complex. The Medical Street, developed around Seomyeon Station, is also adjacent, allowing access to medical facilities.

Manhattan Zoom City is being constructed by Daechang Corporation, a company specializing in officetel construction. A Daechang Corporation official said, "We will develop it as a landmark representing the Jin-gu area of Busan," adding, "As a high-end residential facility located in the central area of Jin-gu, Busan, it offers convenient living infrastructure and a pleasant natural environment, so we expect a lot of interest from demanders."

The model house is located at 842-1 Beomcheon-dong, Jin-gu, Busan. It is scheduled to be completed in January 2022.
