"The Evolution of Irons."
The Titleist T-Series (photo) ranked number one in iron usage on the PGA Tour last year. In fact, Justin Thomas (USA) quickly secured his second win of 2020 at the Sentry Tournament following The CJ Cup held in Korea last October, drawing significant spotlight. The series includes three models: T100, T200, and T300. The T100 is the model preferred by tour players. Above all, its compact head design stands out.
The core technology is 'Max Impact.' It perfectly combines a thin forged L-face, a supporting structural brace at the back, and a silicone polymer core in between. This is the starting point for designing a face that is thinner and more precise. While maintaining a solid hitting feel and crisp sound, the speed has been maximized to its limit. It has been praised for "perfectly delivering the iron's core performance of precise distance control."
Attention should be paid to the dual high-density tungsten inserted in the heel and toe for detailed distance control and optimal stability. The thinner topline and reduced offset emit a distinctive presence. The T200 focuses relatively more on distance, while the T300 places the center of gravity as low as possible for amateur golfers to enhance forgiveness on off-center shots. The thrilling hitting feel remains unchanged.
