The Wuhan Municipal Health Commission announced on its website on the 19th that 17 new cases were confirmed on the 17th, bringing the total number of patients to 62.
Among the 62 patients, 19 have been discharged, and 8 are in severe condition. So far, 2 people have died.
There are 763 people who had close contact with the patients, of whom 681 showed no abnormalities and were released from medical observation. No infection cases have been found among close contacts.
Among the newly confirmed patients on the 17th, 12 were men and 5 were women. Eight were aged 60 or older, and nine were under 60, with ages ranging from 30 to 79. The onset date was before January 13.
