[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Seong-yeol] Seoul Subway Line 1 is experiencing delays, causing inconvenience for commuters on their way to work.

As of 9 a.m. on the 17th, the Line 1 train departing from Byeongjeom at 7:36 a.m. bound for Gwangwoon University is delayed by more than 20 minutes between Jonggak and Jongno 3-ga stations.

The exact cause of the delay has not yet been revealed. As the delay continues, citizens are expressing their dissatisfaction.

Passengers are reacting on social networking services (SNS) with comments such as "I was late too, and now the train is late," and "Commuting by subway is more stressful than working at the company."
