▷Ingredients (Serves 2)

2 cups cocktail shrimp, 1/2 onion, 0.5 tbsp butter, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 1 cup water, 2 pieces solid curry, 1/2 cup milk (or fresh cream), salt and pepper to taste



▷Instructions

★ Cooking time: 30 minutes

「Today's Recipe」 Shrimp Cream Curry 1. Rinse the cocktail shrimp under running water and drain them in a sieve. Thinly slice the onion.



「Today's Recipe」 Shrimp Cream Curry 2. Heat butter in a preheated pan and saut? onions and minced garlic over low heat for about 3 minutes.



「Today's Recipe」 Shrimp Cream Curry 3. When the onions are nicely browned, add the cocktail shrimp and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Then add 1 cup of water and solid curry, stirring well to dissolve while boiling.



「Today's Recipe」 Shrimp Cream Curry 4. When the broth boils, add milk (or fresh cream) and stir slowly, then boil for about 2 more minutes.
