KJ Pretech Decides to Dispose of Tangible Assets Worth 4 Billion KRW

KJ Pretech announced on the 15th that it will dispose of tangible assets worth 4 billion KRW located at 77 Banwolnam-gil, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do (land and buildings) to Oracom Display. This represents 7.01% of the total assets. The purpose of the disposal is to improve asset liquidity and secure investment funds.
