▷Main Ingredients (Serves 2)


100g beef, 100g pork, 2 chopped onions, 1 chopped mushroom, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon ketchup, salt and pepper to taste, a little cooking oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste


▷Sauce Ingredients


1 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup tonkatsu sauce, salt and pepper to taste


▷Side Ingredients


Rice, saut?ed mushrooms, fried eggs in appropriate amounts



▷Preparation


★ Cooking time: 40 minutes

「Today's Recipe」 Old-fashioned Hamburg Steak 1. Mix ground beef and pork well, then add chopped onions, chopped mushrooms, breadcrumbs, milk, and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
