[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Seul-gi] Actress Go Eun-ah opened up on the 8th about the difficult times she endured due to the territorial behavior of a certain actress on set in the past. She also clarified controversies surrounding the 'sibling kiss' with her younger brother and an assault incident.

Go Eun-ah appeared on the YouTube channel of her younger brother Mir, a member of the idol group MBLAQ, to expose the territorial behavior of a certain actress she experienced on a past filming set. On that day, a video titled "You Didn't Know It Was This Bad? Actors' Power Struggles" was posted on Mir's YouTube channel 'Mirbang'.

In the video, Mir asked Go Eun-ah about the territorial behavior among actors. Go Eun-ah began by saying, "I will honestly share what I went through."

Go Eun-ah said, "The staff used to get along well with me, but one day they suddenly stopped eating with me and started avoiding me. It turned out that a certain actress was sowing discord on set," adding, "I think it was territorial behavior."

She continued about an awards ceremony dress, "The awards ceremony dress was also an issue. There is a war among stylists. My stylist had reserved the dress and even tailored it to fit me. But a senior actress took that dress from me."

Go Eun-ah recalled, "That senior was named best dresser of the day and even had her photo published in a magazine. I was upset because I had to wear a dress that didn’t fit me that day."

After hearing this, Mir said, "It's hard to change the territorial culture. The only way is not to do it when I’m in that position. I hope those who act territorially realize this," adding, "In the end, they are damaging their own image."

Go Eun-ah also appeared on 'Mirbang' last November, drawing attention. At that time, Go Eun-ah and Mir addressed the controversy over the 'sibling kiss' incident.

Go Eun-ah and Mir sighed, saying, "We debated whether to talk about this. It’s still a sensitive topic. It’s really scary. The label has stuck for 10 years, and it’s very hard now." Then the two said, "Our parents are very upset. We thought it was time to clear this up at least once."

Go Eun-ah expressed her frustration, saying, "When I first appeared on a reality show, I felt I had to comply with the writer’s requests. So I kissed Mir. But some people called it 'incest' after seeing that."

Mir added, "Those words hurt a lot. It was really sensationally captured."

Go Eun-ah also explained the situation related to an assault charge filed without detention in July 2010.

She began, "At that time, I was eating crab stew with close friends at a sashimi restaurant without drinking alcohol." She added, "There were about 10 young people at the next table who were very drunk. We said, 'They seem dangerous,' and sure enough, they recognized me and started picking a fight."

She recounted, "One of the guys with me took the drunken men outside, but they called the police. After paying the bill and leaving, they rushed out shouting, 'Hey, catch Go Eun-ah!'"

She continued, "During the confrontation, everyone was cursing and it was chaotic. One guy tapped my shoulder and chest, saying, 'You kissed your younger brother? Isn’t that incest?' To put it mildly now, he spoke very harshly. Because he insulted my family, I slapped him," and added, "The police arrived just then and saw me hitting that person."

Go Eun-ah said, "Since a complaint was filed, I suggested going to the police station together. But everyone ran away except for three people. It turned out they were minors. One guy said his jaw hurt from being hit and demanded a settlement of 1 million won."

She added, "The police said, 'Eun-ah, just pay the fine. The kids probably did this because you’re a celebrity and for money.' So I paid the fine and since there was no settlement, it was a 'non-detained indictment.'"

Finally, Go Eun-ah expressed her frustration, saying, "We are just people with visible professions. We get hurt just the same."
