[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheolhyun] WellsCare (CEO Lee Sungwon) announced on the 7th that it signed a general agency contract with Solic in Singapore last month and decided to export 'IASO' to Southeast Asia.
Solic is a medical device specialized company conducting AI solutions and healthcare business in more than 10 Southeast Asian countries. IASO, which is scheduled to be exported to Southeast Asia, is a miniature wearable laser pain treatment device designed for self-treatment in daily life for pain diseases such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, and plantar fasciitis, which commonly occur in modern people but currently have no proper treatment methods.
Through this contract, WellsCare will introduce IASO through famous online sales sites in Southeast Asia. It will also be sold simultaneously through offline channels such as major hospitals, clinics, and spas. Lee Sungwon, CEO of WellsCare, said, "Along with the successful entry into the US and Japan, this entry into the Southeast Asian market will serve as a turning point for WellsCare's full-scale growth."
