2NE1 to Release New Album Featuring Seoul Leg of 1st World Tour

2NE1, the first female K-pop group to launch a world tour, is to unveil a new album featuring the Seoul leg of their concert.

The “I AM THE BEST” singers will release the album “NEW EVOLUTION IN SEOUL” at noon on December 4, YG Entertainment said in a statement.

The upcoming album captures the Seoul show of 2NE1’s first global tour entitled “NEW EVEOLUTION,” which was held in Seoul at the end of July this year which brought in a total of 20,000 audiences.

The 14-track album is expected to convey a sense of immediacy and it features collaborative work with Divinity Roxx, a musical director and bassist of R&B queen Beyonce’s world tour, YG’s officials explained.

Meanwhile, “NEW EVOLUTION IN SEOUL” will become available online on iTunes and YG Music website [http://www.yg-music.net] in the mid of December.
