Taking his performance to the next level, Korean solo artist PSY will bring the crowd to their feet on the streets of Gangnam at his guerilla concert tonight.
On his official me2day account, PSY left a message Tuesday saying, "Tonight at 7 p.m.~! 'Gangnam Style' at the Gangnam Station intersection~~~!"
His manager told the magazine in a phone interview earlier today that PSY's surprise concert will also hit airwaves on SBS' "Inkigayo" on August 19.
PSY, born Park Jae-sang, made his local debut with the first album "Psy From the Psycho World" in 2001. He is well known for his hit songs "Bird," "Champion" and "Celebrity."
His newest tune, “Gangnam Style,” which was released on July 15, became a huge syndrome after its comic music video went viral while hitting over 28.6 million views on YouTube on August 14, being nicknamed as “the second Macarena.”
