Korean ballad group 2AM and boy band Big Bang won victories on televised music programs over the weekend.
On Friday's KBS "Music Bank," 2AM scored their second win with their title track "I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me,” from the second mini-album “F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Way of Love."
"We first thank our parents and everyone at JYP Entertainment (JYPE) and it feels great to win this award since 'Music Bank' is the place where we held our first debut performance," 2AM's leader Jo Kwon said during their acceptance speech.
Meanwhile, Big Bang took home the third Mutizen Award with their title track "BLUE," from their fifth mini-album "ALIVE," on SBS' Sunday music show "Inkigayo."
The group has been drawing in a number of trophies and awards from the local TV music programs and music distribution sites with "BLUE" and another title track "FANTASTIC BABY."
Other performers on both shows include SHINee, miss A, MBLAQ, K.Will, John Park, B1A4 and Nine Muses.
