A Korean TV series starring actress Hwang Jung-eum and actor No Min-woo will air in Japan this May before hitting the small screen in Korea.
An official with Core Contents Media told 10Asia over the phone on Friday that the sequel to "Full House" is slated to air on Japan's TBS starting May while they are separately in talks with its airdate in China.
"We were happy to hear that the series was pre-sold to Japan and China, but we yet to decide on which broadcasting channel the drama is going to be aired or the local premiere date." the official explained.
The upcoming "Full House" sequel will delve into the fake marriage between a top star and a poor aspiring reporter.
The original series, starring singer-actor Jung Ji-hoon and actress Song Hye-kyo, was based on a 16-volume comic series by Won Soo-yeon which was popular among Korean readers from it went into publication in 1994.
