Korean rock band CNBLUE will hold an encore concert in Korea next month, according to their agency FNC Music on Friday.
An official with FNC told 10Asia that CNBLUE will perform for their fans at their "ENCORE BLUESTORM" concert which will take place at the Olympic Gymnasium in Seoul on December 10 and 11.
The first "BLUESTORM" concert was held in September, drawing in several thousand of fans including those from Japan, Taiwan, China, Thailand and Europe, but there were continued requests for another show.
“We decided on an encore performance due to the numerous requests from local and international fans who were unable to see their first show two months ago," the official explained.
She added that the boys are currently practicing and working on various new events for the upcoming show.
In the meantime, the band is also gearing up for their Asia tour with their first stop in Thailand on November 19 followed by shows in Japan, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
CNBLUE, which stands for Code Name Blue, has been a successful and popular band in the K-pop scene as well where they made a debut in early 2010.
The group has been focusing on their activities in Japan with their first Japanese major album "In my head."
