Korean singer-songwriter Younha released her new single today, revealed the album's producer Paragon Music on Tuesday.
According to Paragon, Younha’s latest single “It’s Beautiful” that incorporates modern rock and pop music, was unveiled both online and offline today, the latter distributed by Loen Entertainment.
The song, which is the first of local skincare brand Laneige’s campaign songs under the theme “Be Waterful,” was also participated by composer Jinsil from group Mad Soul Child whose previous works include “DEAR,” the theme song for film “The Man from Nowhere” (2010).
The song has already been used as the background music for the TV commercial of Laneige’s spring products for which star actress Song Hye-gyo is the main model.
Younha debuted at the young age of 16 in 2004 in Japan with her first album “Yubikiri," becoming the second Korean artist after BoA to penetrate the top 20 spot of the prestigious Oricon chart.
Since then she has released seven full-length albums, five singles, a soundtrack to Japan’s runaway hit animation “Pokemon” and a repackaged album with hit songs such as "Password 486,” “Comet,” and “Telepathy.”
Her latest release was EP album "Lost In Love" with the title track "Take Care of My Boyfriend" released in December last year.
