Korean rock band CNBLUE has gone on a countdown ahead of releasing their first full-length album next month. The group's official website (//cnblue.co.kr) revealed an image with the phrase, "You can look forward to CNBLUE's first formal album in February 2011" with a digital clock counting the hours and days til February 23, which is the date their record will go on sale. "As of now, the group is still recording songs for the album and they will begin promoting the album once it goes on sale," a PR official from FNC told 10Asia over the phone on Friday. She further explained that the CNBLUE members are currently busy with their "Zepp Tour" in Japan and will be returning to the country on Sunday.Making their singing debut in Japan in 2008, CNBLUE splashed onto the music scene in Korea with their hit single “Alone” early last year. They followed it up with other hit songs including “Love” and “Love Light.”They have led a successful music career overseas as well, going double platinum in Taiwan and placing in the top ranks of the prestigious Oricon chart in Japan.
