The Korea Rural Leaders Association Goryeong County Federation held its "2026 Korea Rural Leaders Association Goryeong County Federation Regular General Meeting" on February 27 at the Agricultural Technology Center auditorium. The event was attended by Lee Namcheol, Mayor of Goryeong County; Lee Cheolho, Chairman of the Goryeong County Council and county council members; Noh Seonghwan, member of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Provincial Council; and approximately 40 federation executives.

At the general meeting, reports were presented on the 2025 projects and audit results, and reviews and approvals were conducted for the 2025 financial settlement and the 2026 business plan. The attendees also discussed the direction for the federation's future development.
Kim Changgi, the 27th president, stated, "I would like to thank all the executives who worked hard over the past year for the unity and development of the Goryeong County Federation. I will continue to strive for the advancement of agriculture and rural communities in Goryeong County."
A county official said, "We appreciate the efforts of the Rural Leaders Association in doing their utmost for the development of local agriculture and rural areas, and we look forward to their continued leadership in advancing the local community."
