In particular, to alleviate the tuition burden for local university students, the committee will newly implement the "Goheung-gun University Tuition Support Project," which provides tuition support up to a limit of 2 million won per person. In addition, the "Low-Income University Students Living Stability Scholarship Project," which grants a living allowance of 500,000 won per semester to university students from basic livelihood recipient and second-lowest income households, will also be newly introduced.
Furthermore, to foster global talent who will lead Goheung's future industries, the committee will launch the "Future Talent Overseas Study Support Project," offering financial assistance for overseas studies to graduate students specializing in the fields of aerospace and smart farms.

These educational projects are aimed at reducing educational gaps and improving basic English proficiency.
