The theme of this exhibition is "Humanizing Every Connection," with a focus on presenting the future of telecommunications environments through AI technologies and services centered on human connections. LG Uplus designed the exhibition story and spatial layout using AI from the planning stage.
The exhibition is centered on providing a "hyper-personalized" experience. When visitors enter and input their information, they receive a personalized QR code. By scanning this QR code at kiosks within the exhibition hall, they are provided with customized experience scenarios. The data collected during the experience is reflected in real time and applied to the AI media art displayed before visitors leave, and the related content is provided in the form of merchandise.
LG Uplus explained that its people-centered AI approach is also reflected in the structure of the exhibition booth. The booth is designed in a radial structure, with exhibits arranged around a central media art space, naturally guiding visitors' movement toward the final media art area. The goal of LG Uplus is to deliver an experience focused on people rather than technology.
The exhibition space also incorporates LG Uplus's 4A Intelligence strategy. The visitor journey embodies the flow from providing Assured AI technology that can be used with confidence, to delivering Adaptive personalized experiences, expanding to Accompanied services that are present throughout daily life, and finally reaching Altruistic AI that pursues social value.
In addition, a mobile docent leveraging QR codes has been introduced, offering audio guides and mobile brochures. LG Uplus plans to accumulate visitor data through this feature and use it to operate the exhibition more effectively.
Junyong Jang, Head of Marketing Group at LG Uplus, stated, "This exhibition is not just a space to showcase AI technology, but a place that demonstrates how AI understands and connects with users' contexts. At MWC, we will present the direction of people-centered AI services."
