This survey is designed to collect citizen opinions in advance regarding the functions to be included in the "Spatial Restructuring Plan (Designation of Urban Innovation Zone)" that the city is preparing as an urban planning foundation for the development of the Uijeongbu Station area.
The survey items include basic questions such as age and occupation, questions to assess current usage of Uijeongbu Station, and development-related items asking about preferred functions and facilities. Through this, the city aims to comprehensively analyze current usage and future demand, and to reflect the opinions of various groups in a balanced manner.
Citizens can participate in the survey via a QR code, which will be posted in the city newsletter "Haengbok Soseok" and on the city website banner. In addition, on March 5, on-site surveys will be conducted in the Uijeongbu Station area to directly gather feedback from citizens who may have difficulty participating online.
The city plans to analyze the survey results to set priorities for functions to be introduced in the station area, carefully review their feasibility, and incorporate them into the Spatial Restructuring Plan.
