CEO Lee Kyuseong Appointed as Head of CM Division
Aegis Asset Management announced on February 27 that it will implement an organizational restructuring focused on strengthening touchpoints with institutional clients, including the establishment of a new Capital Management (CM) division.
According to Aegis Asset Management, the newly established CM division will be responsible for enhancing services for institutional clients, such as proposing blind funds tailored to institutional investors' needs and providing customized research.
Chief Executive Officer Lee Kyuseong will be positioned at the forefront of client engagement and will lead the organization. In addition to strengthening services for domestic institutional investors, the company plans to attract investment capital in the global market by working closely with overseas bases such as Singapore.
The management support division previously overseen by CEO Lee will now be led by Shin Heesang, Head of Management Planning (Executive Director), who has been promoted to division head and will oversee the overall management functions, including human resources, finance, and strategy.
The company also carried out organizational restructuring to secure new growth drivers beyond the traditional leasing business. A dedicated Corporate Marketing Cross-Functional Task Force (CFT) has been established to provide comprehensive space solutions-including funding, leasing, and business integration-for domestic and overseas companies, thereby building strategic collaboration channels with corporate clients.
A representative from Aegis Asset Management stated, "This restructuring was carried out with three key objectives: strengthening services for core clients, enhancing fundraising capabilities, and securing future growth engines. Through the launch of the CM division, we will expand touchpoints with domestic and global institutional investors and establish a more systematic global funding channel."
