Agent AI Completes Robotaxi Operating Infrastructure Build-Out in Austin, Texas

KOSDAQ-listed Agent AI announced on the 27th that it has completed building the basic infrastructure needed to operate autonomous unmanned taxis (robotaxis) in Austin, Texas, and is preparing so that it can launch the business immediately once Tesla's Fleet Operator model is commercialized.

Robotaxi Corp., Agent AI's U.S. subsidiary, recently completed vehicle acquisition and the setup of dedicated charging facilities in and around Austin, Texas, near the Tesla Gigafactory. Beyond simply owning vehicles, the company is developing on-site operational capabilities as a Fleet Operator, including maintenance and cleaning systems to keep vehicles equipped with Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology in optimal condition.

Robotaxi Corp. is pursuing a "business advancement strategy" that secures a first-mover advantage in practical operating infrastructure by leveraging Tesla's globally proven FSD ecosystem. The aim is to enter the early market in a stable manner by flexibly integrating its operating system with the pace of platform expansion.

With global investment banks such as Morgan Stanley projecting that operators within Tesla's robotaxi network could have annual profit opportunities of more than 1 billion dollars, Agent AI is accelerating its efforts to become the first among Korean companies to tap into this massive revenue source.

A representative of Agent AI said, "The infrastructure build-out in Austin will be the first step in proving the Robodash brand's real operational capabilities in the global mobility market," adding, "We plan to enhance the completeness of our business by gradually expanding our hubs to major cities such as California and Florida in line with future market conditions."
