Musinsa Empty Enters Apgujeong Galleria, Strengthens High-End Fashion Push

Opened on February 26 on the 3rd floor of the Galleria Apgujeong Luxury Hall West
Third offline base and first entry into a third-party retail channel
90% global brands, expanded luxury and contemporary lineup

Musinsa announced on the 27th that its highly curated fashion select shop, "Musinsa Empty (MUSINSA EMPTY)," has opened a new store on the third floor of the West Wing of the Galleria Department Store Luxury Hall in Apgujeong.

While maintaining its identity of experimental brand curation, the store has significantly strengthened its "new high-end" brand lineup tailored to the expectations of luxury customers. Through this, Musinsa plans to accelerate its push into the high-end fashion market.

Officially opened on February 26, the "Musinsa Empty Apgujeong Galleria Store" is the first case of Musinsa Empty entering a third-party retail channel and its third offline base following the Seongsu store and the Apgujeong Basement store. With its entry into the Galleria Luxury Hall, the company plans to broaden customer touchpoints in an area with concentrated luxury demand and further refine its premium brand selection.

In this new store, more than 90% of the lineup consists of global brands. By placing a high-end contemporary-focused lineup at the forefront, the store has expanded its brand spectrum compared with existing locations. More than 90 brands are featured, including Entire Studios, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Jaded London as key tenants. The space has been designed so that customers can experience Musinsa Empty’s curation in a highly immersive and refined environment.

The Apgujeong Galleria store will also showcase exclusive brands. Representative examples include Vielo, a Spanish luxury knitwear brand; Maryam Nassir Zadeh, a New York-based classic minimal wear brand; and Isuar, an American high-end luxury brand. By building its selection around global luxury and contemporary brands that are rarely seen in existing distribution channels, the store has strengthened its distinctiveness.

Musinsa is also pursuing a dual-store strategy that differentiates the roles of the nearby second store, the "Apgujeong Basement Store." While the Apgujeong Basement Store focuses on trend-driven categories such as street, sports, and outdoor, the Galleria store concentrates on luxury and contemporary. By operating stores with different concepts within the same commercial district, the company aims to present a multidimensional brand spectrum.

To celebrate the opening of the new store, Musinsa has prepared promotions. Until March 2, customers who spend at least 300,000 won at the Galleria store will receive a 15% discount. In addition, until March 4, customers who visit both stores and make combined same-day purchases of at least 100,000 won will receive an additional 5% discount coupon.

A Musinsa representative said, "The Apgujeong Galleria store is a location that extends Musinsa Empty’s curation capabilities into the luxury and premium segments," adding, "Through a selection centered on global luxury and contemporary brands, we will offer differentiated choices to customers seeking a new sense of fashion."
