Blackpink and Babymonster Drive YG to 71.3 Billion Won Operating Profit, Returning to the Black Last Year

2025 Revenue Reaches 545.4 Billion Won

YG Entertainment achieved a sharp increase in revenue and a turnaround to operating profit, driven by the concert performance of its artists such as Blackpink and Babymonster.

YG announced on the 26th that last year its revenue on a consolidated basis increased by 49.4% to 545.4 billion won. Operating profit returned to the black, coming in at 71.3 billion won.

The main driver of the improved performance was active overseas touring. Blackpink's world tour, Treasure's Asia tour, and Babymonster's fan concert tour all contributed to the results. In particular, YG's concert revenue in the fourth quarter of 2025 reached 59.3 billion won, marking the highest quarterly figure since the company was founded.

YG stated, "This is the result of reshaping our structure into a sustainable growth model by diversifying our intellectual property (IP)," adding, "With a successful generational shift in IP, our earnings have entered a normalized growth trajectory." The company went on to say, "It is encouraging that the revenue and profit contribution of younger IPs such as Babymonster and Treasure has increased."

YG plans to pay a year-end dividend of 300 won per share for the 2025 fiscal year. This amounts to a total of 5.6 billion won, or about 23% of its separate-basis net profit for the period.
