Tous Les Jours Cuts Bread and Cake Prices by an Average of 8.2%

Some Cakes Cut by 10,000 Won

CJ Foodville announced on the 26th that Tous Les Jours will lower the supply prices of a total of 17 products, including bread and cakes, by an average of 8.2%.

According to this decision, the suggested retail prices of 16 types of bread products, including Tous Les Jours' major popular items such as "Sweet Red Bean Bread," "Magu Magu Chestnut Bread," and "Saengsaeng Fresh Cream Bread," will be reduced by 100 to 1,100 won per item starting from March 12. In addition, the price of the popular character cake "Latso Berry Good Day" will also be reduced by 10,000 won.

A CJ Foodville official said, "We are lowering the prices of some products to actively participate in the government's policy stance of stabilizing the cost of living and to reduce the burden on consumers," adding, "Following CJ's reduction in flour prices, we will also lower bread prices, which are connected through the value chain, to deliver a tangible price-cut effect to consumers and actively contribute to price stability."
