This training aimed to establish public service values and improve organizational adaptability, and its effectiveness was enhanced by strengthening practice- and communication-centered programs.
In particular, at the city hall computer center, participants engaged in hands-on training focused on cases of handling administrative work using AI, allowing them to learn ways to integrate digital technology into administration. The program focused on improving work-processing efficiency and strengthening their capacity to respond to the changing administrative environment.
In addition, to enhance communication with the new civil servants, the mayor held a meeting with them in an external venue, where they shared the direction of municipal administration and the role of public officials in a relaxed atmosphere, building consensus.
The training curriculum consisted of: cultivating public service values and a sense of responsibility; strengthening basic job competencies; sharing the organization’s vision; and fostering a mindset for the joint growth of individuals and the organization.
