Patented Vaginal Lactic Acid Bacteria Products for Women
Hanmi Science announced on the 26th that it will launch a new product, "Pro-Calm Jin Probiotics Plus 30," developed based on research into women's health care.
This new product is an improved version of the existing "Jin Probiotics," featuring a guaranteed bacterial count that is three times higher than the previous 1 billion CFU. It is blended with propolis and vitamin C as supplementary ingredients so that consumers can conveniently take one capsule per day.
The main ingredients are: three patented lactic acid bacteria strains derived from the vaginas of healthy women; seven premium mixed lactic acid bacteria strains from DuPont Danisco, a global specialist in lactic acid bacteria; and 8.5 mg of zinc, which is necessary for normal immune function and cell division. In addition, it contains cranberry concentrate powder, low-molecular-weight fish collagen, hyaluronic acid, propolis extract, vitamin C, and prebiotics as supplementary ingredients, applying a customized complex formulation for women, according to the company.
A Hanmi Science official said, "Based on more than 10 years of accumulated research on women's inner care, we have further strengthened the combination and content of key strains," adding, "We will continue to expand our lineup of patented lactic acid bacteria products derived from the vaginas of women that can be trusted at pharmacies."
