In particular, this year's festival carries symbolic significance as the first ever to be hosted by a county-level local government in the history of the Provincial Sports Festival and as the first jointly hosted event. Accordingly, it integrates and provides not only game schedules and venue information for Haman-gun and Changnyeong-gun, but also major tourism information and related services, thereby enhancing user convenience.

To commemorate the opening of the website and to boost residents' interest and participation, a "Cheering Comments Event" is also being held. For two weeks from the 26th to March 13, those who leave a message wishing for the success of the festival on the cheering board within the website will be entered into a draw, and 30 people will receive small gifts.

An official from Changnyeong-gun said, "We will work hard to operate the official website so that it can serve as a useful guide for both athletes and spectators," adding, "We will also do our best in the remaining preparation period so that the festival becomes a venue for harmony where provincial residents can communicate and enjoy together."

Meanwhile, the 65th Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Sports Festival will be held over four days from April 17 to 20 across Haman-gun and Changnyeong-gun, with more than 20,000 athletes from 18 cities and counties competing fiercely in 36 events.
