Three Consecutive Years of Participation in the Project
Customized Consulting and Season-Specific Safety Supplies
Celltrion announced on the 26th that it has been selected as an excellent workplace in the "2025 Win-Win Cooperation Project for Occupational Safety and Health between Large and Small-Medium Sized Enterprises," organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency.
The Win-Win Cooperation Project for Occupational Safety and Health between Large and Small-Medium Sized Enterprises is a government program that supports improvements in the occupational safety and health standards of partner companies and local small and medium-sized enterprises by leveraging large corporations' capabilities and infrastructure in safety and health management.
Since 2023, Celltrion has participated in the project and has been carrying out on-site, customized occupational safety and health consulting and providing supplies. In particular, it has been supporting the establishment of systematic occupational safety and health management systems so that partner companies can proactively respond to strengthened legal requirements, such as the enforcement of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.
Over the past three years, Celltrion has provided specialized consulting in four core areas to numerous partner companies, including local small and medium-sized enterprises: risk assessment, establishment of safety and health systems, prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, and management of the three major types of accidents and eight major risk factors. It also formed a "Win-Win Cooperation Council," in which 11 companies including partner firms and local small and medium-sized enterprises participate, to produce and distribute practical occupational safety and health guidelines and to run special training sessions led by external experts.
The company also expanded its support to partner companies that are not covered by the government project. A representative example is on-site support activities at the new DP plant currently being added on land near Plant 1 of the Songdo Campus. To prepare for the heat waves last summer and the recent cold snap, the company provided personal protective equipment, created season-specific rest facilities, and operated snack trucks. According to Celltrion, although more than 4,300 people nationwide suffered from heat-related illnesses in 2025, not a single case occurred at Celltrion worksites.
Celltrion plans to continue actively participating in the Win-Win Cooperation Project for Occupational Safety and Health this year, broadening the scope of its support activities and steadily increasing the number of beneficiary companies. A Celltrion official said, "The know-how we have accumulated over the past three years in providing customized support for partner companies has led to our selection as an excellent workplace," adding, "We will further expand the scope and scale of our win-win cooperation this year."
