With this selection, the city secured 75 million won in national funding, and it plans to fully launch the project after signing a support agreement with the Ministry of Employment and Labor on February 27.

The "Youth Growth Project" is a comprehensive support program for young people who have given up on job seeking or are experiencing difficulties in the employment process, covering everything from career exploration and strengthening job competencies to linkage with relevant policies.

Guri City plans to use the Youth Tomorrow Center as a base to provide one-on-one customized initial counseling, and to run programs such as resume and self-introduction letter writing, mock interviews, and training on the latest employment trends.

In addition, the city will operate everyday recovery programs such as futsal, hiking, and terrarium making in parallel with youth networking activities, thereby supporting emotional stability and the formation of social relationships. Through this, the city aims to go beyond simple employment support and establish a foundation for the overall growth of young people.

Mayor Baek Kyunghyun of Guri City stated, "Being selected for three consecutive years is a meaningful achievement that allows us to maintain a stable and continuous support system for young people," adding, "We will do our best to create an environment where young people can try again even if they have paused for a while, and where they can grow and settle down within the local community."
