Shinhan Investment & Securities announced on the 26th that it has been producing video content based on the weekly stock market outlook published by its research center using artificial intelligence (AI), and has been providing it on a regular basis every Friday.
The company has increased access to investment information by combining various music genres such as hip-hop and trot to deliver market information in an easy and engaging way. Along with the weekly market outlook videos, it also provides related AI videos from time to time when major market issues arise, so that investors can grasp market trends more quickly, the company explained.
This service is available on the “Investment Information > Stocks” screen under the AI menu in the Shinhan Investment & Securities mobile trading system (MTS). Starting with the launch of this AI content, Shinhan Investment & Securities plans to continue advancing its AI-based investment information delivery system by linking it with its AI investment solution “Shinhan AI PB” to introduce personalized video content that reflects customers’ interests and investment tendencies.
Yang Jingeun, Head of the Platform Business Division at Shinhan Investment & Securities, said, “As participation in investing expands, customer demand is growing for content that allows them to understand market information easily and quickly,” adding, “We will further strengthen communication with our customers by providing AI-based video content in a timely manner and offering personalized services linked with Shinhan AI PB.”
