The "Tailored Employment Support Services for Gyeonggi Youth" program matches each participant one-on-one with a career counselor, who assesses their individual job preparation status and provides customized consulting. It helps establish strategies tailored to each youth's capabilities and desired job role, and supports systematic job preparation through step-by-step programs to strengthen employment competencies.

Participants can take part in various programs, including resume and cover letter review, interview coaching, special employment lectures, interview camps, AI mock interviews, and mentoring with current and former employees. Through close guidance from career counselors, they review the entire job preparation process and strengthen their ability to respond to recruitment procedures through practice-focused programs.
