HLB Pharm has been recognized for its management performance based on a people-centered organizational culture, achieving the distinction of being selected for the third consecutive year as one of the "Top 100 Companies to Work for in Korea," "Korea's Best Workplaces for Parents," and for the "Global ESG Human Rights Management Certification."

HLB Pharm announced that it was listed among the "Top 100 Companies to Work for in Korea" at the "24th Top Companies to Work for in Korea 2026" awards ceremony held on the 25th. This recognition is evaluated as the result of accumulated efforts to steadily establish a culture of trust and respect throughout the organization, going beyond the short-term introduction of individual systems.

In particular, at this year's ceremony, CEO Park Jaehyung was selected for the third consecutive year as one of the "Most Respected CEOs in Korea," while Vice President Kim Mankyu received the "GPTW Pioneer Award," and Director Lee Yongwoo, Head of HR and General Affairs, received the "GPTW Innovation Leader Award."

Rather than focusing on formal expansion of benefits, HLB Pharm has concentrated on substantially improving its communication structure and establishing work-life balance. The company operates communication programs in which the CEO and new employees can freely exchange opinions, and it has introduced a filial piety allowance program that provides a monthly stipend directly to employees' parents' bank accounts. In addition, by fostering a culture of early departure to enhance work efficiency, the company has built an organizational environment that respects family and individual lives.

This organizational culture is expected to go beyond improving employee satisfaction and lead to higher organizational engagement and longer average tenure, serving as a key foundation driving the company's sustainable growth. HLB Pharm plans to further advance its management structure so that performance and employee happiness form a virtuous cycle, by continuing to support talent development and expanding flexible work environments.

CEO Park Jaehyung of HLB Pharm said, "We have consistently pursued organizational culture innovation based on the belief that a company's sustainable growth ultimately comes from its people," adding, "We will further strengthen our corporate competitiveness on the basis of an environment where employees can feel proud and fully engaged."

Meanwhile, the "Top Companies to Work for in Korea" is a global corporate culture certification program organized by GPTW (Great Place to Work) Korea, and it is a global certification system in which the same standards are applied across many countries worldwide. Companies are selected through a comprehensive evaluation of trust in management, organizational engagement, and satisfaction with the working environment.
