163 "Gyeonggi Benefits" You Can Receive at a Glance Here

Gyeonggi Province has changed the name of its customized policy information service for residents from "Gyeonggi Province User Guide" to "My Gyeonggi Benefits Report" and has also expanded the support services.

The Gyeonggi Province User Guide is a service that automatically recommends customized benefits when users select their personal characteristics, and it has been in operation since July last year. Previously, it was difficult for residents to see at a glance which policies matched their personal circumstances, so they had to individually search the website and related materials, which was inconvenient.

The Gyeonggi Province User Guide is a service that shows at a glance the province's relevant policies when users select their interests such as employment and start-ups, health, medical care and caregiving, and housing welfare, as well as their age group, employment status, disability status, and whether they are socially disadvantaged.

Gyeonggi Province explained that the name "User Guide" was criticized for not being intuitive, so it changed the service name to "My Gyeonggi Benefits Report" so that anyone can easily understand what the service is just from the name.

Along with the name change, the number of benefits, which was 141 last year, was increased to 163 by adding new programs such as fruit snack provision for children and Gyeonggi Youth Medicare Plus.

In addition, a feature has been added that allows users to immediately check key policies for each stage of the life cycle even without selecting interests or personal characteristics. With a single click, users can view major age-specific policies such as universal support for menstrual products for women and adolescents, Gyeonggi Youth Marriage Congratulations Welfare Points, and the expanded home-visit oral health care program for seniors.

To enhance user accessibility and security, detailed descriptions of each benefit are linked only to the official websites of the central government and Gyeonggi Province. Users can safely view customized benefit information without the risk of being directed to fake apps or websites.

To use the service, users can search for "My Gyeonggi Benefits Report" in an internet search window or access the dedicated web address (gg.go.kr/cont/manual).

Meanwhile, in line with the expansion of this service, Gyeonggi Province will hold a quiz event from March 3 to March 27, 2026. Any resident can participate by clicking the event banner on "My Gyeonggi Benefits Report."

Kim Wonmyeong, Gyeonggi Province Director of Public Relations Planning, said, "'My Gyeonggi Benefits Report' is a service created so that any resident of the province can safely check policies that match their circumstances," adding, "We will continue to provide information that offers practical help in residents' daily lives."
